Booking Tariff 2011

The apartment is only 10 yards from the water's edge and it was the show flat when the marina was built. It enjoys views from the lounge balcony and the double bedroom across the promenade, marina, moorings, sea wall, lighthouse, beach, Mediterranean sea, and even as far as Africa on a clear day. The apartment is equipped for no more than four persons with one double and one twin bedroom.

The weekly rates shown below include electricity, hot water, towels, bed linen and service from a local English management company. The euro rates are based on an exchange rate of 1.14 Euros to one pound and subject to market fluctuations. Click on the image on the left to see a larger version.

Please note bookings can commence on any day of the week, are subject to an arrival time of no earlier than 2.00pm, and a departure time no later than 11.00am. Thank you.

A Single £62 Service Charge (€71) Applies to Each Booking, Regardless of Duration.

This relates to the labour cost of before & after cleaning, preparation and laundry. The ‘Daily Rates’ shown above, are added to the one-off Service Charge when calculating the overall cost for the number of days in occupation.

The ‘Weekly Rates’ include the Service Charge.

DEPOSIT – 50% payable at the time of booking

BALANCE – Payable six weeks prior to the arrival date  

Negotiable rates for periods of three or more weeks

£100 (120 Euros) RETURNABLE DEPOSIT – Towards the cost any damage or breakage and payable six weeks prior to the arrival date. 

The full amount will be returned if the local management company confirm there are no damage or breakages.
