APARTMENT ACCOMMODATION

A large through lounge with a dining area, leads onto the balcony with wide ranging views of the marina, the beach and the sea. A remote control colour TV is connected to the Via Digital satellite system which receives some programmes in English. A stereo system with radio, cassette deck and CD player receives local English broadcasts.

Leading off from the lounge are two bedrooms and the bathroom.

The main bedroom has two shuttered windows with views of the marina, the sea, and some palm trees growing from well tended flower beds. It contains a double bed and plenty of fitted wardrobes, cupboards and drawers.

The second bedroom contains twin beds and a large built-in storage cupboard with a hanging rail. There is a large shuttered French window with a restricted view.

The bathroom has a toilet, an illuminated vanity unit and a bath with a shower attachment and sliding screen. There is a wall power socket for use with a shaver adaptor.

The compact kitchen has been completely refurbished and contains a washing machine, a granite worktop with a ceramic halogen hob, an extractor hood, an electric cooker, a microwave oven, and a large fridge with a freezer compartment, as well as the usual selection of kitchen appliances, crockery, cutlery and glassware. The kitchen window overlooks the local minimarket and mountain ranges in the distance.
